Hair Stylist

Being a Great Clips stylist means you don’t need to do it alone, we achieve success together! Qualification for this position are to have a RI state issued Cosmetology or Barber License, proficiency in all haircuts or the willingness to learn new techniques, flexibility to work in one of our other locations if needed, and a positive attitude! We offer an hourly base wage PLUS several bonuses that elevate your hourly rate closer to $25-$35 an hour.

Hair Stylist / Barber Qualifications :
- Cosmetology and / or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state / province)
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
