Our client is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area to support their growing water resources and hydrology & hydraulics practice as a Project Manager . This hands-on, seller-doer role combines technical project delivery with team leadership and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead hydrologic and hydraulic analysis / design for municipal, state, and federal projects
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineers and subconsultants
- Manage schedules, plan production, and cost estimates
- Support marketing and client engagement
- Develop 1D / 2D hydraulic models (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, XPSWMM, GIS, AutoCAD Civil 3D)
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure project quality, budget, and schedule
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (ABET-accredited)Licensed PE7+ years consulting / design experience; 2+ years project managementAdvanced hydrologic / hydraulic analysis and design skillsExperience with HEC software, 2D modeling preferredProficient in GIS and AutoCAD Civil 3DStrong communication, organization, and team skillsAbout the Company :
