One of Insight Global's top property management companies is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep and functionality of Apartment complex. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, especially with HVAC systems, and who can seamlessly coordinate with vendors and communicate clearly across teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Hands-On Maintenance :
- Perform minor repairs and routine upkeep when units are being turned
- Take lead on HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and compliance
