We’re seeking an experienced technical writer who can plan and deliver content for admins deploying and configuring the Information Protection and Compliance features.
You will work closely with other writers, program managers, data analysts, marketing, support, and other key stakeholders to help develop a content strategy for assigned areas.
You will work collaboratively with engineering to create content and publish it to our GitHub platform.
You will be accountable for maintaining oversight for the performance of content, monitoring customer data and other signals, and driving quality improvements with stakeholders and contributors to the content.

Skills required:
• 3-5 years of technical writing experience and/or experience creating technical, customer facing content, specifically IT pros
• Experience writing for IT Professionals working in enterprise environments is required.
• Experience working with GitHub and writing in markdown is preferred.
• Experience writing about collaboration or communication products OR experience writing for legal, compliance, or privacy audiences would be a bonus.
• Ability to be self-sufficient and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications, Journalism, English, Computer Science or related field preferred. Work related experience may substitute for degree.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58-60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
