Warehouse Worker/Labor/Loader&Unloader
Responsibilities : Distribution
Distribution
- Assembly : collate, weigh, staple, package answer documents, cut, coil, crimp, hole punch, shrink wrap, prepare documents for picking as needed
- Picking : accurately select materials to fill a pick list, count materials, maintain consistency
- Packing : place picked / verified materials in boxes for shipping, follow sequence on packing list, print shipping labels and apply in correct order, computer literacy required
- Shipping : Place filler material into packages, Tape boxes using industrial taping machine, Scan package on a pallet to create pallet maps for outgoing packages
- Receiving : process packages on PC, place packages on pallets, move pallets, enter received packages into database, load / unload trailers, computer literacy required."
Skills :
- Ability to stand / walk as needed up to entire duration of shift.
- Ability to proficiently use computers, scanners, and other electronic technology.
- Ability to bend and stoop as needed.
- Light lifting (up to 50 lbs.) as needed.
- Work in a fast-paced warehouse / production environment.
- Strong attention to accuracy and details
- Ability to meet deadlines."
Education :
- High school diploma or GED
