Residential Sales Consultant : Close Deals on Pre-Set Appointments!

Are you a proven "Rainmaker" looking for a system that actually feeds your talent? Upstanding Roofing is looking for highly motivated sales professionals who excel at closing high-value residential deals.

We eliminate the hardest part of the job : We provide the appointments daily! You focus 100% on consulting and closing.

The Opportunity and Your Earnings

This is an aggressive, commission-driven role built for those who want to earn at the top of the industry, with a real pathway to $200K+ annually.

We offer an Uncapped Commission Structure , supplemented by Monthly and Signing Bonuses . We provide initial support with a $3,000 Stipend for your first month. You'll also receive Health Insurance and performance perks. For our top reps, we provide a Company Vehicle, iPad, Cell Phone and Gas Cards .

What You'll Be Doing

Your job is to meet with homeowners using appointments provided by the company. You will be the Trusted Expert , guiding clients, presenting professional proposals, and selling full roof replacements on the spot . You will manage follow-ups, maintain your sales pipeline, and consistently exceed your targets.

We provide the resources for your success, including Daily Leads (no prospecting required) , paid, hands-on training with a proven process, and sales tools like a CRM and drone / iPad.

Who We're Looking For (The Must-Haves)

We seek autonomous, self-starters who meet the following criteria :

• Proven track record in residential sales.
• Recent experience (2+ years) in remodeling, construction, or roofing.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• A highly motivated, self-starter attitude.
• Knowledge of roofing or home services is a plus.
