Job descriptionMaintain close relationships with carriers / operators., ensuring that all carrier Demonstrate a clear understanding of carriers’ requirements and a process, Maintain effective communication both internally and externally, including with Manage client escalations, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Build strong relationships with 3rd party partners to ensure compliance with all Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure the highest quality Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of wireless communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage customer Familiarity with PC OEM 4G / 5G requirements is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with wireless product design and development processes, including Familiarity with wireless test equipment and tools such as signal generators, Willingness to travel : 25% (Preferred) B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the wireless industry. English proficiency is required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
