Senior Manager Web & Media Orchestration - Consumer Brand Experience

We are looking for a strong strategic web / UX leader to drive performance based web, CRM and Consumer Brand Experience for our US Pet Health portfolio. This individual will :
- Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of the U.S. Pet Health Consumer Brand Experience across owned and operated digital properties, ensuring a seamless, full-funnel brand journey for Pet Health Parents.
- Integrate media and web strategies to create a unified, data-driven approach to brand storytelling, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to design and enhance web UX, CRM, and rebate platforms including programs like Your Pet and You to elevate the consumer experience.
- Enable exceptional UX and digital engagement for key RX innovations such as Credelio Quattro and Zenrelia, ensuring frictionless consumer journeys.
- Champion a performance marketing mindset by building analytical rigor, fostering innovation, and driving measurable growth linked to clear business outcomes.
- Strengthen and lead strategic agency partnerships across media, shopper, and web to enhance campaign effectiveness, optimize ROI, and build future-ready digital capabilities.
- Collaborate across marketing, regulatory, and technology teams to drive omni-channel integration, compliance, and best-in-class brand experiences for Elanco's U.S. Pet Health portfolio.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications) :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related discipline preferably business with digital marketing and multidisciplinary exposure.57 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, including 4+ years in website management.Very strong analytical capabilities and measurement.Working with sophisticated marketing technology & DSP Implementation.What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) :
Experience working in performance marketing and media.Knowledge of and experience with retail media.Solid understanding of current media trends and emerging platforms.Proven experience collaborating with pure play and omnichannel online retailers and / or working on the agency side.Strong project management, interpersonal, and verbal / written communication skills.Additional Information :
