A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to support finance and accounting operations focused on billing and core accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer billing operations, including invoicing and collections
Post transactions and support month-end close activities
Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and payroll-related tasks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
3-5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Full-cycle accounting experience, including general ledger accounting
Strong understanding of GAAP principles
Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
