Basic Purpose : The Senior Proposal and Content Coordinator will provide critical operational support to GuideStone Investment Services ("GSIS"), the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer ("OCIO") for GuideStone. This role supports the delivery and enhancement of GSIS' pre- and post-sale service capabilities by utilizing established operational procedures, advanced artificial intelligence ("AI") technology and innovative problem solving to complete all required tasks in alignment with expected operational and regulatory standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the institutional advisory marketplace and GSIS service model.
Provide operational support to advance GSIS sales and client service activities.
Ensure compliance with all operational, legal and regulatory requirements for oversight of GSIS accounts.
Leverage Microsoft Copilot AI technology to build scalable efficiencies for researching prospective clients, completing RFPs, creating client and sales presentations, writing general content for the adviser and other activities as appropriate.
Conduct research on prospective clients to gather key information, including contact details, account types, asset sizes and investment relationships.
Create comprehensive client summaries to support strategic interactions by senior GSIS leadership.
Facilitate the production and ongoing review of materials such as RFPs, client account review presentations, sales collateral and other content.
Collaborate with team members to refine client service procedures and operational workflows.
Optimize processes to meet client needs and promote GSIS sales objectives.
Interact with prospective and existing clients as a back-up to the Senior Manager Investment Services when that individual is traveling for business or is otherwise out of the office.
Other duties may be assigned by the Managing Director Investment Services or Senior Manager Investment Services.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be an active member of an evangelical Christian church
Bachelor's Degree or higher
At least five to eight years' work experience in the financial services industry
Working understanding of investment concepts and terminologies (preferably in relation to the institutional advisory marketplace)
Solid PC skills, including the full suite of Microsoft Office products
Demonstrated ability to apply AI technology to streamline workflows and create materials
Ownership mindset and team-first orientation
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to working with a very high degree of accuracy
Solid analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a forward-looking mindset that anticipates potential problems and identifies appropriate solutions
Clear communication skills (both verbal and written) and an ability to carry oneself with internal constituents and external contacts in a manner that represents GuideStone well
Must have complete confidentiality regarding GuideStone business matters
Potential travel up to 15% of the time
