Key Responsibilities
Manage resolution of complaints and appeals across multiple business units
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and conduct internal audits
Draft and send appeal decision letters to relevant parties
Required Qualifications
1 year of experience with HMO and Traditional claim platforms
Experience in patient management, compliance, and regulatory analysis
Experience in provider relations or customer service
High School diploma or equivalent
