Financial Analyst Opportunity
Join one of the largest technology companies in the world! We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our client's Partner Incentives Controllership Team within Corporate Accounting. This role involves supporting commercial incentives and investments through strategic financial work. The position is remote, with a requirement to align with PST core hours, and offers the potential for extension beyond the initial 120-day engagement. Responsibilities include conducting controls assessments and supporting financial execution processes, driving standardization and implementation of financial controls, creating and documenting procedures for guidance and support, reviewing incentive calculations against terms and conditions for accuracy, analyzing and documenting financial impacts on statements and partner earnings, and collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders across geographic regions.
Essential Skills : Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or MBA. Five to seven years of experience in accounting within a large or tech company, particularly in a contractor role. Strong knowledge of finance processes, financial policies, and internal controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR). Proficiency in AI Copilot, particularly Copilot for M365 / Excel. Experience with SAP GL systems, processes, and journal entries. Excellent communication, thought leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proactive self-starter with strong technical accounting and critical-thinking skills. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience documenting process flows with Visio and / or MS Word.
Additional Skills & Qualifications : Experience with partner incentives and investments. Prior experience in a controllership role. Ability to review complex contracts and document terms and conditions. Project management experience across multiple teams and regions.
Work Environment : This role is remote but requires working PST core hours. The company provides standard equipment such as a laptop, mouse, headset, and extra monitor. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour workweek and no overtime expected. The environment encourages proactive and action-oriented work habits.
Job Type & Location : This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA. Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $76.00 / hr.
