ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in person attendance at our office in Trevose, PA on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

ASI is seeking a Dynamics D365 Engineer to join our Business Applications team. Reporting directly to the Director, Business Applications, this role is responsible for ensuring the health, performance, and reliability of our Dynamics 365 environment, with a focus on cloud flow automations, system monitoring, minor development tasks, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-first mindset.

The salary range for this position is $126,000 - $140,000.

Responsibilities :

• Cloud Flow Automation Monitoring & Troubleshooting

Monitor Power Automate cloud flows for failures and performance issues.

Monitor overall system health and uptime of Dynamics 365 and related services.

Perform minor development tasks including customizations, configurations, and scripting.

Assist in release planning, testing, and deployment of new features and updates.

Provide day-to-day support for Dynamics 365 users across departments.

Work closely with a team of support specialists to triage and resolve issues.

Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
