Program Manager

WiSC Enterprises is seeking a Program Manager to lead a high-visibility program supporting critical national security missions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in program leadership, acquisition management, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). This role requires oversight of systems engineering processes, technical enabling activities, and organizational program support to ensure mission success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior point of contact for all programmatic, contractual, and technical matters.
• Provide leadership and accountability for program management activities, including cost, schedule, and performance.
• Apply MBSE methodologies to drive systems engineering processes such as :
• Stakeholder requirements definition and system analysis.
• System and service architecture design, verification, and validation.
• Deployment, operations, maintenance, and system / service transition.
• Oversee technical enabling activities including :
• Program / project planning, assessment, and control.
• Decision management, life-cycle readiness, and risk management.
• Configuration, information, measurement, and quality assurance / IT resiliency.
• Manage organizational and program enabling activities such as :
• Acquisition support, infrastructure management, and portfolio oversight.
• Strategy development, governance, and enterprise-level support.
• Office / records management, event coordination, and continuity of operations.
• Implement earned value management (EVM), agile acquisition, and business process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams to achieve mission objectives.
