• Provide outpatient and ambulatory nursing care in coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary staff.\n
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and treatments per provider orders.\n
• Perform IV starts, access ports, manage PICC lines, and monitor therapy.\n
• Conduct patient assessments, record vital signs, and collect lab specimens.\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).\n
• Administer immunizations for adult and pediatric patients.\n
• Respond to emergencies using BLS, ACLS, and PALS procedures.\n
• Adhere to IHS, CMS, and Joint Commission standards of care.\n\nQualifications\n
• Active, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state or territory).\n
• Minimum 2 years RN experience, including : \n
• 1 year in Outpatient or Ambulatory Care\n
• 1 year in IV therapy, infusions, or PICC / port access\n
• Certifications (Required) : \n
• BLS – Basic Life Support\n
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support\n
• PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support\n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, or equivalent).\n
• Must pass IHS background investigation, fingerprinting, and credentialing.\n
• Strong communication and cultural sensitivity when serving tribal populations.\n\nSchedule & Work Environment\n
• Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.–5 : 00 p.m.\n
• May include 10-hour shifts depending on clinic needs.\n
• Occasional coverage during staff absences or extended hours.\n
• Work week : Sunday 12 : 00 a.m. – Saturday 11 : 59 p.m.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n
• Pay : $42.00 – $45.00 per hour (W-2, based on experience).\n
