Position Summary

This role supports quality-related workstreams focused on Post-Merger Integration (PMI) efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities

The following outlines the core responsibilities associated with this position. Additional tasks may be assigned based on business needs or reasonable accommodations :

• Contribute to key integration pillars including metric alignment, ISO standards, quality management system (QMS) gap analysis, and other areas essential to successful post-merger alignment
• Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple operational sites
• Review and approve proposed modifications to the global documentation structure based on outcomes of gap analysis
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and the integration management office
• Delegate and review work assigned to team members
• Evaluate production issues and recommend or implement changes to upstream and production systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Productionto support continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive internal quality performance and practices through strategic initiatives
• Apply advanced Excel capabilities to analyze complex datasets and support data-driven decisions
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Work Environment

This is a full-time, onsite position in a professional office environment with occasional work on the manufacturing floor.

The role requires the use of standard office equipment and may involve exposure to a range of conditions. Noise levels may vary from quiet to moderate or loud.
