Bell Partners is seeking a Community Manager to lead and direct all community operations to ensure quality services and a high degree of resident satisfaction. You will lead and motivate community staff, recruit and manage associates, and contribute to a culture that empowers every team member.

What You’ll Do To Make a Difference
- Motivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team building
- Ensure the team meets BAL strategic drivers
- Train staff on proper leasing techniques and resident service
- Maximize property performance, including walking the grounds and inspecting apartments
- Tour visitors to show amenities, apartments, models, and the community
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and address associate concerns
- Maintain complete associate files and achieve high associate satisfaction via surveys
- Conduct weekly meetings with leasing and maintenance staff
- Develop and administer the community budget and evaluate unit prices
- Develop an annual marketing plan and conduct monthly marketing reviews
- Obtain bids for contract services and oversee routine capital projects
- Coordinate with Construction Services as necessary
- Hold responsibility for 35% of leasing activities
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
What You Bring To Our Team
BA / BS in business, sales, or related field, with relevant experience or a combinationSuccessful supervisory experience3+ years’ experience in a property management role preferredAbility to build, lead, and serve on teamsStrong marketing skillsAdvanced mathematical skills and ability to analyze and explain financial reportsWorking knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS ExcelSuperior interpersonal skills and ability to provide exceptional customer serviceStrong time management skills and ability to multi-taskKnowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar programs preferredDemonstration of Bell Core ValuesPhysical Requirements Of The Job
