12 months contract

Duties : Leads the delivery of all aspects project delivery along with the ability to manage a matrixed team of various disciplines.

Handle complex long-term focused projects involving multiple disciplines or business units.

Work independently and with management on high visibility, divisional / cross-divisional complex projects.

Sought as a key resource for resolution of unique or complex technical and / or business problems.

Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies beyond own scope of responsibility.

Expected to deliver fast paced complex projects.

Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

Drive team to effective decision making when needed, depicting multiple options for how to progress with the project (leveraging RAPID decision making model).

Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.

Work with team to adhere or adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs for the project change.

Oversees the project planning and implementation of an entire project through budgeting, discipline forecasting, working with suppliers, and planning the project release.

Skills :

8+ years of project management experience

2+ years of program management experience

2+ years of Agile project delivery experience

Significant technical or insurance industry background

Experience with managing supplier delivery and supplier relationships

Ability to travel as needed to US vendor location (limited travel required)

Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organization, collaborative individual

Comfortable working in ambiguity, capable of establishing and growing functions and teams from the ground up

An action-oriented, driven, entrepreneurial mindset
