This position requires individuals to be self-motivated, persistent, and able to perform at a fast pace. We do not cold call.

Previous call center and / or customer service experience REQUIRED

Strong customer service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to provide clients with a first call resolution

Ability to develop strong client relationships and adjust as needed for each customer

Bilingual English / Spanish A PLUS

The CA-based HOURLY range for this full-time position is $16.50 to $25.00 plus benefits.
