Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to :

• Prepare monthly JIB journal entries timely and accurately
• Review and process Non-Operated JIB invoices
• Review and process cut-back transactions for the monthly JIB process on operated clients
• Review and process JIB invoices for non-op partners to be printed or uploaded to EnergyLink
• Create and maintain AFEs in the accounting system
• Create and maintain payout schedules
• Execute the Joint Interest Billing Cycle monthly
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy and compliance
• Prepare monthly OH allocations and update COPAS OH rates annually or in accordance with the JOA
• Assist with monthly LOE and CAPEX accruals
• Assist with documentation and support of annual financial statement audits
• Assist in special requests and projects
• Assist in AP data entry and processing as needed

The qualifications.

This is a non-exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.

Compensation is commensurate with technical skills and experience is provided in accordance with applicable state requirement. Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO or IL. Please review theposition location for theapplicable geographic location.

Colorado hourly rate range is as follows : $40.00 - $45.00
