Job Title : Salesforce Developer

Location : Onsite Dallas, TX (Open for Relocation)

Type : Full-time / W2 - USC / GC / EAD Only

Overview :

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and integrate scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, working onsite in Dallas to support enterprise CRM transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and SOQL / SOSL .
Build and maintain integrations via REST, SOAP, BULK, and Streaming APIs .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Develop triggers, flows, validation rules, and custom components .
Maintain and optimize Salesforce AWS integrations (Lambda, S3, AppFlow, etc.).
Ensure code quality through version control, PRs, and CI / CD pipelines.
Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
Prepare technical documentation, unit testing, and performance tuning .

Requirements :

7+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Expert in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL / SOSL .

Strong background in API-based integrations with external systems.

Hands-on experience with Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Data Cloud .

Familiar with AWS services (Lambda, S3, AppFlow, CloudWatch).

Proficient in SQL and complex business logic development.

Experience with CI / CD tools , Git, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred :

Salesforce Platform Developer I / II or App Builder certifications.

Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture & metadata framework .

Prior full lifecycle implementation experience.
