Job Description :
As the Loss Prevention and Safety Auditor at Quality Automotive Services, you will play a crucial role in reviewing video footage, supporting the Operations Support Manager, and leading efforts related to loss prevention and safety. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a focus on maintaining a secure and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Video Review :
- Regularly review video footage from service centers to identify any irregularities or
potential issues.
Coordinate with stakeholders regarding specific video reviews and provide appropriatefeedback as needed.
Investigate and report on incidents, ensuring timely resolution.2. Operations Support :
Collaborate with the Operations Support Manager in addressing operational challenges.Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce losses.Investigate specific cases as directed or identified.Regularly participate in Operations Support meetings to provide data and discussprocesses.
3. Loss Prevention Leadership :
Take an active role on loss prevention initiatives within the organization.Help to design strategies to prevent and minimize losses.4. Safety Audits :
Conduct safety audits across service centers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with management on corrective actions.5. Incident Reporting :
Document and report incidents related to loss prevention and safety.Provide detailed reports and analysis to support decision-making.6. Training and Awareness :
Assist in developing and delivering training programs to enhance loss preventionawareness.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure understanding and adherence to safetyprotocols.
7. Compliance Management :
Ensure that loss prevention and safety practices comply with industry regulations.Stay updated on relevant laws and standards to maintain compliance.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Loss Prevention, Safety Management, or related field preferred.Proven experience in loss prevention and safety auditing roles preferred.Familiarity with video surveillance systems and loss prevention technologies.Strong analytical and investigative skills along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including the use of Excel to provide data and record information.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.While performing the duties of this job the employee works in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
