Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead operations in either Kokomo or Marion, Indiana. This full-time leadership role requires a pharmacist who is committed to excellence in patient care, compliance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead daily pharmacy operations including staff management, hiring, training, and scheduling.

Accurately prepare and verify prescriptions while collaborating with providers to ensure patient safety.

Oversee drug procurement, inventory control, and compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Maintain thorough documentation of prescriptions, patient records, insurance claims, and controlled substances.

Ensure a professional, customer-focused pharmacy environment while resolving patient needs and concerns.

Drive growth in retail operations, support new pharmacy openings, and assist with telepharmacy services.

Partner with executive leadership to align pharmacy operations with organizational goals.

Qualifications :

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program.

Active and clear Indiana Pharmacist license .

Certified immunizer.

Minimum 3 years of pharmacy management experience.

Background in community health centers and administering 340B programs required.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
