Human Resources Manager
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee key HR functions within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing employee relations, administering benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with HR standards. Responsibilities :
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee the administration of benefits programs, ensuring employees have access to necessary resources and support.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
- Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires into the organization.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by preparing and submitting required reports.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR practices.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or related roles.Strong background in employee relations and conflict resolution.Proficient in HR administration, including onboarding and benefits management.BS / BA degree.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.Thorough understanding of compliance requirements and employment regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams.Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
