Director of Operations Support

A company is looking for a Director, Operations Support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the operations support department, overseeing team members and driving workflow improvements

Develop and mentor emerging leaders while managing team performance and engagement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and implement automation solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Experienced people leader with a track record of managing teams and optimizing performance

Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including claims management

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Experience managing offshore contractors or international operations is a plus
