Location : Columbus, OH (candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office but must reside within a 100-mile commute of Columbus, OH)
Schedule : Full-time, Exempt Travel : Candidate can expect to travel locally and throughout Ohio less than 25% of the time. Travel may extend to surrounding states as necessary.

What You'll Do
Manage the day-to-day operations and overall success of electric transmission, distribution and Telecom (fiber) Right of Way projectsBuild and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunitiesReview project scope of work and oversee the development and monitoring of schedules, budgets, and staffing forecastsConduct due diligence reviews, compile pricing information, and track project progress from start to finishIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project deliveryProvide technical guidance and resolve project-related issues as they ariseSupervise and support a team of 5 or more staff members, including performance and workload management, and other personnel mattersWe Are Looking For Someone Who

Minimum of five(5) years of Right of Way experienceMust include three (3)years of management experienceMust include electric transmission and / or distribution experienceUnderstanding of project financialsPrior experience with creating / maintaining project schedulesMust be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Dropbox, and OutlookMust have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systemsValid Driver's LicensePer diem and Relocation is not providedReady to Apply?
