Right Of Way Project Manager
Location : Hybrid - Central or Southern Ohio. Candidate will need to report to the Columbus, OH office twice a week.
Schedule : Full-time, Exempt Travel : Will travel for project needs throughout central and southern Ohio

What You'll Do
Assist in managing complex, federally funded public sector Right of Way projects from initiation through closeoutSupport acquisition and relocation tasks, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and project guidelinesCollaborate with the Project Manager, clients, and the ROW team to ensure projects are executed smoothly and efficientlyHelp define and maintain project scope, monitor budgets, and track financial requirements throughout the project lifecycleBuild and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and stakeholders to support project success and future opportunitiesContribute to business development efforts and support recruiting initiatives to strengthen the ROW teamOversee day-to-day operations, including project reporting, client invoicing, and team coordinationManage direct reports, fostering strong performance and helping keep the project on schedule and within scopeWe Are Looking For Someone Who

Must have a minimum of five (5) years of Right of Way acquisition experienceMust include performing tasks under the Uniform Relocation Act and Project Coordination experienceExperience working with projects requiring ODOT oversightUnderstanding or experience with project financials and creating / maintaining project schedulesMust be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Dropbox, and OutlookMust have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systemsValid Driver's LicenseBonus Points If You Have
ODOT prequalifications in title, negotiation, closing, relocation, value analysis or project managementProject Management experiencePer diem and Relocation is not provided
