Job Description
We are seeking a RN or LPN to join our Patient Centered Medical Home Team! You will work closely with our Pediatricians to provide medical care to our patients.
Responsibilities :
- Care for patients aged newborn to 18 years
- Perform tests ordered by providers or as indicated from Standing Orders
- Collaborate with physicians and / or ARNPs to provider childhood immunizations and other basic pediatric care
- Triage patients, take and record vitals, vaccines, therapeutic injections, breathing treatments
- Comfortable with using Electronic Medical Record
