Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in San Diego, CA. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, meeting with clients, showing properties, negotiating deals, and finalizing transactions. The role also includes maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and staying up-to-date with market trends and real estate laws.

• Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Interpersonal Communication skills
• Negotiation, Persuasion, and Deal Closing skills
• Time Management, Organizational, and Prioritization skills
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and laws
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
• Experience with real estate software and technology tools is a plus
• Valid real estate license in the state of California
