Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Projects - NoVA will :
- Assist in managing daily project operations from preconstruction through close-out
- Support coordination between field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and design consultants
- Track and manage RFI logs, submittals, and change orders
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost reports
- Help ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
- Participate in meetings and site visits to maintain progress and quality control
- Assist in procurement and contract management
- Support documentation and reporting for project milestones
