Salary :

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 per year , but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your Responsibilities :

The Senior Business Analyst, Master Data is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's master data to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. This role involves working closely with various departments to support data-related projects and initiatives, ensuring that master data aligns with business requirements and supports strategic objectives.

• Data Management : Oversee the creation, maintenance, and deletion of master data in SAP ERP systems, including SAP S / 4HANA.
• Data Quality : Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data by implementing data quality standards and conducting regular audits.
• Project Support : Lead and support IT projects and change management activities related to master data, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
• Collaboration : Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide data solutions.
• Reporting : Develop and maintain master data reports.
• Governance : Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Training : Provide training and support to end-users on master data processes and best practices.
• Other duties as assigned
