5+ years of IP docketing experience in a law firmHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficiency with CPi docketing software and IP rules (USPTO, PCT, international)Ability to handle high-volume client portfoliosResponsibilities
Accurately docket patent and trademark deadlines across global portfoliosReview, interpret, and track communications from USPTO, PCT, and international patent officesManage critical dates and filings using CPi docketing systemGenerate status and deadline reports for attorneys and clientsAssist with IP portfolio transfers and support related formalities (e.g., change of correspondence)Review and analyze key IP documents (e.g., Filing Receipts, Office Actions, Notices)Retrieve documents and verify data using public IP databasesCollaborate with attorneys across multiple offices to ensure deadline complianceMaintain precision and organization across multiple matters and timelinesCompensation & Perks
