About The Position

We’re seeking a Visual Development Artist with a passion for concept art, world-building, and visual storytelling. This role is about shaping ideas into compelling designs that span characters, creatures, environments, and entire worlds. You’ll create both finely crafted concepts and broad exploratory directions, working across genres from grounded realism to the fantastical. Using a mix of traditional tools and emerging techniques, you’ll help push creative boundaries in film, TV, interactive, and experiential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling concept art for films, TV, interactive, and experiential projects.
• Generate both finely tuned concepts as well as broad-stroke explorations to support creative development.
• Work across a range of genres including live action, animation, grounded, fantastical, and more.
• Design concepts — from individual creatures, characters, vehicles, or props to scenes, environments, visual languages, world-building, lighting, and overall look & feel.
• Use traditional tools such as Photoshop or Corel Painter and emerging ones such as ComfyUI workflows.
• Leverage 3D software (Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, etc.) as a plus for concept modeling and design exploration.

The typical base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 - $130,000 annually. Actual offers will be determined based on experience.
