About the TeamWith the mission of "Inspiring New Life and Helping Good Business", Local Service is committed to becoming the most trusted local service platform for users and partners. In Local Service, through POI, Video, LIVE, Search, and other various products, services and roles related to life are creatively connected, making the daily life experience richer, more unique and more innovative. At the same time, Local Service creates an inclusive and fair healthy business environment, helping merchants, service providers, creators and other roles to continuously create revenue and improve efficiency. Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks. Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Summer Start Dates: - May 11th, 2026 - May 18th, 2026 - May 26th, 2026 - June 8th, 2026 - June 22nd, 2026 Responsibilities - Oversee lifestyle (. Food, Travel, lifestyle vlog) creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency. - Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities - Manage merchant partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively.

Minimum Qualifications - Strong communication skills - Ability to manage mass communication and facilitate group coordination. - Good analytical skills, communication skills, and team working skills; - Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026 Preferred Qualifications - Proactive, highly organized, and detail-focused - Thrives in a dynamic, creator-facing environment with shifting priorities. - Experience in creator operations, particularly managing small creators or merchant projects, with strong follow-through across all process stages. - Process-oriented thinker with the ability to propose and maintain templates, SOPs, and shared documentation for efficient workflows. - Basic understanding of TikTok and content trends in the F&B or attractions industry is a plus.
