Job descriptionManage and operate brand social media accounts on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Plan, create, and publish engaging short-form video content aligned with the brand’s tone and marketing objectives. Analyze social media trends, platform updates, and viral content to inform content strategy. Monitor and engage with the community through comments, messages, and user interactions. Track and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, followers, etc.) and propose optimization strategies. Partner with clients, product, operations and live hosts to align Social Media content for daily livestream sessions and campaigns on AMMI social media accounts. Work with creator marketing teams to identify and collaborate with social media KOLs for sponsored content or partnerships. Conduct competitive analysis and monthly content performance reviews and share findings with the team. 3+ years of experience in creator / influencer BD, social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. Proven track record of growing social media accounts and creating viral content. Bachelor’s degree or above, with no restrictions on the field of study. Deep understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, and creative best practices. Strong storytelling skills and ability to create both organic and branded content. Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook ecosystems, especially short-form video trends. Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut Pro). Familiarity with Social Media Ads Manager and analytics tools. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A team player who can work effectively across departments and with external partners. Creator / Influencer Business Development Manager
AMMI is seeking a Creator / Influencer Business Development Manager to identify and on-board creators / influencers (KOC / KOL), build strong partnerships, and grow our brand presence through short-form video content and community engagement. This role combines strategic business development with content and community management across key social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs / KOCs to drive brand awareness, engagement, and user growth.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, monitor performance, and optimize influencer campaigns based on data and ROI.
- Maintain a database of creator partners and campaign results.
