Department : Revenue Operations

Reports to : Head of Revenue Operations

Compensation : $65k / year base + $110k OTE

  • This is not your typical SDR role. It's smarter, more strategic, and built for the way B2B buyers buy today.

What You'll Do

  • Build Our Brand in the Market
  • Engage with ideal customer personas on LinkedIn and industry forums
  • Share smart, thoughtful content and start meaningful conversations
  • Join and contribute to relevant RevOps, SaaS, and enterprise billing communities
  • Grow and Activate a Strategic Network
  • Personally invite prospects to our events, webinars, and roundtables
  • Connect prospects with content, insights, and people—not just a sales pitch
  • Leverage warm intros and mutual connections to create entry points into target accounts
  • Use Signals to Reach the Right People at the Right Time
  • Monitor engagement through platforms like HubSpot, 6sense, and LinkedIn
  • Follow up based on intent data and buying signals with highly tailored outreach
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure consistent messaging and value
  • Collaborate Across the GTM Team
  • Be the bridge between marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Feed field insights back into campaigns, content, and persona refinement
  • Show up with ideas, not just tasks

  • You've grown your network with strategic ICP contacts week over week
  • You've become a known voice in your space

  • About You

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer success
  • You understand enterprise tech and want to grow your voice in the space
  • You're curious, coachable, and creative
  • You're energized by thoughtful outreach, content creation, and deep research
  • You prefer building real relationships over spamming inboxes

    This role is based in Austin, Texas, with a 3-2 hybrid schedule—three days in our downtown office and two days remote.
