Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs, fixtures, and tooling for assigned cells.
• Optimize programs and cell activities to reduce cycle time and improve quality.
• Train machine operators and support cross-training initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machining operations to ensure on-time performance.
• Perform milling, turning, drilling, tapping, and layout using jigs and fixtures.
