We're looking for a driven Senior BDM to join our Los Angeles team and take ownership of new business development in a high-opportunity market.
What You'll Do :
- Identify, target, and develop new client relationships within mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Sell IT staffing solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement) across multiple verticals
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, including contract negotiation
- Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery
- Conduct in-person client meetings, networking events, and virtual presentations
- Track pipeline activity in CRM and report weekly on progress
- Stay current on tech trends and hiring needs in SoCal's tech ecosystem
What We're Looking For :
3+ years of IT staffing sales experience, with a strong track record in new business developmentDeep understanding of the Southern California market, ideally with an existing book of businessExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-orientedExperience managing large accounts and navigating MSPs / VMS preferredCompensation & Perks :
