Provides direct client care services in all assigned areas that includes treatment planning, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Assists leadership in the development and maintenance of standards of practice, development of quality services and new programs. The Senior Mental Health Counselor-Masters is a resource for other clinicians and demonstrates advanced clinical skill.

We are hiring for a Senior Mental Health Counselor Masters position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

Position is full time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications :

• Master's Degree Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or other related health field.
• Upon hire : Alaska Masters Social Worker License. Or
• Upon hire : Alaska Clinical Social Worker License. Or
• Upon hire : Alaska Professional Counselor License. Or
• Upon hire : Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License. Or
• Upon hire : Alaska Psychologist License.
• 5 years Clinical experience.
