Job descriptionAssist in course planning, development, and curriculum auditing Develop training materials using ADDIE and Bloom's taxonomy Conduct training needs analysis and incorporate SME-developed material Operate LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Question Mark) for course administration Review and update courseware, test questions, and student assessments Develop e-learning products and virtual training environments Support records management and other administrative duties Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience 3+ years of cyber-related experience Expeditionary / tactical communications experience (4-6 years) IAT / M Level II certification Ability to travel, current passport, and TS / SCI clearance Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Industry : Defense & Space
