Job Title : Bilingual Customer Service Advisor (French & English)
Pay : $27 / hour
Location : Jersey City, NJ
Start : Mid-October
End : Mid-January
Schedule : Hybrid, rotating shifts — must be available for all shifts
- 9 : 30am–6 : 30pm (in-office)
- 1 : 00pm–10 : 00pm (remote)
- Weekend availability required (weekends are work-from-home)
- Schedules will flex weekly. Client will assign shifts — no accommodations can be made.
Responsibilities
Deliver an elevated customer experience across phone, email, and chatConvert inquiries into sales while meeting / exceeding KPIsBuild and maintain client relationships through personalized outreachProvide tailored product knowledge and styling adviceResolve customer inquiries efficiently (orders, returns, product info)Accurately log interactions in CRM and support operational efficiencyQualifications
Bilingual in French and English (required)2+ years in retail, customer service, sales, or hospitalityStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsExperience with CRM systems, Salesforce, or similar toolsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced settingFlexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
