A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to support global HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative processes across the employee lifecycle
Coordinate and manage onboarding for new hires globally, ensuring a seamless experience
Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and documentation in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in HR coordination or related role
Deep knowledge of U.S. and HR compliance requirements
Experience supporting global organizations
Experience using HRIS systems; familiarity with HiBob is a plus
Proficiency with AI tools and platforms for workflow automation
