Front Office Administrator Manufacturing
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Front Office Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact at manufacturing facility in Columbia, MO. This role is vital to maintaining an efficient and welcoming front-office environment, providing key administrative support, and assisting with essential HR functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, employees, and callers in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and sign in visitors, manage phone lines, and handle inquiries or direct them appropriately
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, document filing, and record keeping
- Maintain a clean and organized front-desk and lobby area
- Provide administrative assistance to HR including onboarding support, employee file maintenance, and scheduling interviews
- Support other departments with general office tasks as needed
Qualifications :
Previous experience in an administrative or front-desk role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational abilities and attention to detailProficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, email, databases)Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or HR training is a plusWhy work for Advance Services, Inc.
