Responsibilities :
- Review and verify accuracy of billing data and invoices
- Prepare and send out invoices to customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Process estimates, purchasing PO's, invoices, and credit memos
- Provide exceptional customer service to address estimate needs, billing inquiries, and concerns through both phone and email correspondence
- Maintain company records and documentation
- Cross training in other positions
Experience :
Previous experience in billing or related field preferredProficient in data entry and accuracyExperience with order entry systemsProficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Skills :
