RN/LPN Charge Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN or LPN Charge Nurse to join our team at Meadowview Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. RN/LPN Charge Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and oversee the daily activities of nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of care
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to promote professional growth and development
Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and activities
Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and dignity
RN/LPN Charge Nurse Requirements:
Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
Prior experience in a nursing setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service
