Lead Business Architect

A company is looking for a Lead Business Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements; optimize business processes

Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle

Create and maintain documentation to support development and user adoption

Required Qualifications

7-10 years as a Business Architect or Senior Business Analyst in Software Development

5+ years gathering requirements, process mapping, and documentation using Jira, Confluence, and Visio

5+ years working with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies

5+ years in Healthcare, Medicaid, or Pharmacy Systems with strong industry knowledge

5+ years leading teams and mentoring junior analysts and architects
