Job Summary
The Recruiter will develop and execute recruitment strategies, as well as guide the candidate through the recruiting process in accordance with company guidelines.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the recruitment process in strict compliance with company and client guidelines.
- Post job openings across various recruitment sources (job boards, field recruitment, social media, etc.) based on the job description.
- Sort through and review resumes from applicants on job boards.
- Maintain daily candidate tracker, including removing applicants who have withdrawn from the process.
- Conduct initial phone screening to determine the candidate’s viability according to client requirements (profile, documentation, filters, schedules, etc.).
- Conduct in-depth, in-person interviews.
- Collect candidates’ personal documents.
- Refer candidates for medical and optometric evaluations to determine their viability.
- Complete both company and client-specific forms and requests.
- Administer drug tests with the candidate’s signed consent.
- Create personnel profiles and dossiers within the company SharePoint system.
- Compile the hiring package with the documents provided by the candidate, validating their authenticity.
- Compile nomination package and send over to analyst with a minimum qualification score of 90%.
- Send nomination package via email to the manager the day before training, prior to sharing with operations and validating a start date.
- Follow up with new hires throughout the training period, until completion.
- Provide candidates with instructions for client interviews (personal, professional, and training-related information).
