As a Guest Experience Host, you'll be out on the floor making sure members and guests feel taken care of at every step. From welcoming players onto the courts, to supporting club programming and events, to ensuring our amenities are buzzing with activity, you'll help create the atmosphere that makes Union Padel more than just a place to play.

We're flexible with part-time and full-time schedules; what matters most is your love of hospitality and your excitement to be part of the fastest-growing sport in the world.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members and guests on the floor.
• Support club programming and events to ensure smooth execution.
• Help maintain an active, welcoming atmosphere across amenities.
• Contribute to a high-quality guest experience consistent with Union Padel Club standards.
