Overview : This position leads JOC-based educational facility projects throughout Tempe and the East Valley. The Project Manager will direct preconstruction planning, procurement, and on-site execution for renovations, classroom additions, and site improvement initiatives in the K-12 environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple small-to-medium JOC task orders from inception through completion.
• Coordinate with district facility departments, ensuring alignment with project goals and funding sources.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and change management documentation.
• Uphold safety, quality, and schedule commitments.
• Foster strong client relationships built on transparency and accountability.
