Financial Analyst Assistant

Staffmark is hiring a Financial Analyst Assistant to support a dynamic Finance team in Wilmington, DE. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis, all while contributing to mission-driven initiatives that promote empowerment and equity.

Pay : $19-$25 / hr

Shift : Day shift (schedule to be confirmed upon offer)

Responsibilities :

• Assist with month-end close : account reconciliations, journal entry support, and variance analysis
• Maintain and update financial models and tracking spreadsheets
• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and internal presentations
• Collect, clean, and analyze financial data from ERP and accounting systems
• Support budgeting and forecasting for programs and operational departments
• Assist with grant tracking, reporting, and compliance monitoring
• Partner with program and operations teams to deliver financial insights
• Ensure documentation is accurate and audit-ready
